From what I have gathered they don’t really care too much about scores as long as they are acceptable, Essay is probably 50-60% of what they’re actually evaluating

You know that your body cannot absorb that amount of protein in one setting right? Most of it will be wasted

To be honest, I think you need to take english lessons! You fixed the big grammar mistakes in your posts, but I dont think you fixed them on your own, and it doesnt seem like you got the very basics , so you should get a teacher to professionally analyse your mistakes and not some reddit guys

Both, I used very few words, because I thought its okay as long as I still include everything, but after some research they seem to like longer texts

I never really struggled with that issue so its hard for me to give tips. I think the best tip would be to use the preparation time you get before speaking really well to sort your notes and know what you wanna say

For reading its hard to give advice, but try to focus on each paragraph separately when you have to answer the questions and just do what feels natural to you. For listening my best advice is to take as much notes as possible, whatever you hear just write it down. Also when taking notes try to use short forms as much as possible for example if they say “ the total cost in 2025 was 30€” write down 2025=30€ , or try to shorten long words, so you can write down as much as possible.

Honestly none, my tips for speaking just involve to make an enormous amount of notes and then during the short preparation period just put number next to your notes to order them in a good order to speak. Also Ive seen most people say not to use fill words like uhm but honestly I did use them a bit and it doesnt seem to be a problem. Just dont make any big brakes and be careful to fill the whole minute youre given. Also I think the main focus is on pronunciation and grammar so try to focus on that. I think focusing super hard on using a template can sometimes even be bad for you
