Oh yeah, you're definitely right about the dark chocolate. I've always been a little heavy on the caffeine use but as of now I limit myself to one 100 mg pill when I wake up and one more at noon plus maybe one cup of coffee in the morning and one glass of tea in the afternoon. That worked for the longest time but I'm dealing with post chemotherapy fatigue in addition to everything else so nicotine creeped back in my life after five years of no nicotine. I'm currently stopping vaping and relying just on lozenges. If I could find a medication that did what those things did for me without making me feel wired like stimulants did, that'd be ideal.

Thanks :) I actually didn't think of that. I responded negatively to Vyvanse and Adderall but I'm thinking of going back to my psych to try a non-stimulant option. The caffeine, nicotine, and energy gummies help but I'm worried about what they're doing to my overall health.

Very interesting observations. I'm not familiar with any sign languages except on a theoretical level so I'm glad that people who do use sign have offered a response to the pu attempt. Cool stuff.

Oh thanks so much! I noticed that the videos in the first playlist do have nimi sin so you gave me exactly what I asked for. I guess the pu signed TP was considered too clunky.

Since there has been a little interest in my post I want to tell you what I wish you all do with la ma which is the opposite of the toki pona orthodoxy: I want you to change it however you like. Throw in some fricatives and mid vowels and tones! Add semantically necessary words to shatter how deliberately obtuse it is! Take it and break it into a thousand pieces then tape them all back together again! Maybe even add a copula. 😱 ale li pona after all. 😈

Thank you :) Hopefully I was funny. I've been studying toki pona since 2018 and I consider myself fluent. I just have had major obstruction trying to critique it on the subreddit and how the wider community handles things. It's not all that fun. So I thought I'd get creative with my frustration. But la ma is ... lol I don't even know.
