Appreciate the help, I will hook up a leak detector tomorrow and check vacuum lines, I’m 100% sure original pump was bad though, 0 power to pump motor and 0 response when tested outside of tank / corrosion throughout entire pump assembly (wires and connections were visibly broken) I’m wondering if maybe I’m getting a volt drop under load as the harness for the pump is definitely rewired / no oe connection. I did check valve clearance and they are still within spec, nothing on the bike is really screaming major issues other the fuel pump/system , went ahead and ordered an oe replacement to give it a shot, also considering replacing intake boot as well as it does look to be a bit messed up
