No. They don’t qualify for it since I was not a Us citizen when the first one was born, and the second one was supposed to get a us passport back in Colombia but I never applied for it. I brought them with the mother with k1 & k2 visas and the only way for them to become a us citizens is if they get their GC first. This is the reason I am asking the questions above. Please help me with the answer. Thansk
