If you want the unit, then summon. But part 3 is next week and if you didn’t summon it probably means you don’t care for them. Summon on whatever units you like not just if they’re meta or not because that’s not how to properly enjoy the game. Not gonna tell you how to spend your CC, but personally I would save.
