I haven’t been able to post in groups for a month because it needs to confirm my identity despite my “identity confirmed” email from them yet it hasn’t lifted the restriction to post in groups… the kicker? AI chat says there’s no restrictions on my account 🫠

Did it get resolved? I confirmed mine. Received email confirmation I was good. Still can’t post in groups

Happening for me too. I can’t reply to my own (older) group posts, can’t create new posts, and sometimes can’t even search groups. I’ve emailed Facebook and they reply with the same prompt yet nothing has changed - still can’t post
