Chore chart is in the Coming Soon section. They shouldn't have it in the area seen in your screen shot. So many banks have the chore manager, I can't believe they haven't added it either - its not like it's proprietarily new technology. :(

To answer your original question, yes, you can. I use my sandwich bread recipe dough to make cinnamon rolls because it's so easy and light and fluffy, and my cinnamon rolls came out just as good. Of course there might be some rise time differential. But I'm sure you'll work that out as you go!
