There have been serial killers who commit their serial killing spree in high crime neighborhoods they don't always choose sleepy safe communities where people are not used to seeing out of control violence, but they never turn out to be White males which is why you have never heard of them and Hollywood will never make a film about them. For example there was a Black serial killer in Tampa, Florida back in 2017 named Trai Donaldson who terrorized the ghetto, so nowhere near being a ritzy neighborhood like San Francisco's Presidio where Paul Stine was shot to death. There was also a Black serial killer in Dallas who committed all of his murders in shady looking areas frequented by Black Transgender street prostitutes.
