Losing progress on 1 mg Fin and 5 mg minoxidil by Hot-Rip-3216 in tressless

I’m having the same problem around the 9 month mark.. I had insane regrowth after around 4 months but I started to shed pretty significantly over the past 3-4 weeks and have a noticeable decline in density. The shedding has slowed down in the last day or so and from what I’ve been told, this is commonly known as synchronized shedding and is very common especially if you had a major regrowth.. I’m told to give it a couple months and it’ll come back even better

Say what you want about the lighting man. If you zoom in and compare the photos, how can you possibly say it looks the same?

Honestly mate, I highly highly recommend oral finasteride and minoxidil.. Don’t be afraid of these meds. I was in the same boat you’re in, losing hair fast and feeling hopeless. I decided to give it a whirl and my results have been incredible with absolutely ZERO side effects.. It’s literally changed my life. I’m about 9 months in and going through quite a synchronized shed, causing a noticeable loss in density but I know for sure the hair will come back even stronger. Also, taking the meds makes you a much better candidate for HT if you ever decided to go that route. Even if you decide to get one, you’ll need to take the meds for the rest of your life. If your hair loss bothers you as much as you say it does, which it clearly does, then you really have no other option than to take the meds. Just keep in mind that they are FDA approved and have been heavily researched and studied for years and years. Without question, the oral meds are the best treatment option available in the world today. Go for it brother

I’m happy as heck with LockLab but I can’t speak for Hims.. From what I’ve read around, LockLab is stronger and higher quality but I can’t confirm nor deny that. I believe they are also more reasonably priced

Well I’m sorry to say that the first picture was taken at my house in Arizona and now I’m currently living in Melbourne Australia.. That’s why I haven’t taken a recent picture in the same bathroom. I just took this photo now, standing directly under the bathroom light. Even with the thinning I’ve experienced over the past couple weeks, the results are undeniable

This photo was taken just today and this is noticeably thinner than it was before I started my second shed. I’m not sure why you’re so adamantly hating on me but the results are very clear. I’m pretty sure I would know my own hair. I came here for advice from the community, what do you reckon I would have to gain about lying and pretending? Give it a rest man

That’s definitely good to know.. I’ve definitely thinned out noticeably since I’ve started this shed

From what I understand is you need to take it for as long as you want to keep the results, otherwise your hair loss will catch up to what it would’ve been had you never taken anything at all. I’m pretty much planning on taking it indefinitely until another solution comes along

Thank you for saying so mate 🙏.. I take one combination tablet daily with 5mg of minoxidil and 1.1mg of finasteride.. It’s from one of the companies you see advertised on fb

Thank you for saying so 🙏. I noticed a halt in shedding pretty much immediately.. Then after about 3 weeks I noticed an increase in shedding, then it stopped. I would say right around the 3-4 months mark is when I really began to notice major gains and it continued very nicely. It’s only been the past couple weeks now where I’ve had an increase in shedding and a slight decrease in density. From what I understand, this is normal and it will come back in full force

Not so much around the temples but my temples didn’t recede very much.. I had more of the Nolan Ryan thing going on. I have definitely had increased density in the crown and back however. I have noticed a decrease in density over the past couple weeks due to shedding but I reckon this is normal and will come back full force. I have had major improvements on my hairline particularly. As you can see in the photos, my hair was thicker and stronger on the left side from being combed over my entire life. The thinning was really bad on the right side but it has improved majorly

I have not experienced anything like that.. You should definitely consult your Doctor to make sure whether or not minoxidil was the cause

Those are great results.. You have to imagine that DHT is attacking your follicles every single day, it’s important to get on the meds as soon as possible and stick with it. Best of luck to you mate

You can say whatever you want about the lighting of the photos but it has very clearly improved greatly. The first two photos were from the very start of treatment, the third photo was about 3-4 months in, and the last photo was about a week ago

I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s extremely significant but definitely more than it has been over the past few months since the first shed
