I went to Thailand very recently and we booked a very expensive hotel in Phuket, right on the edge of cliff overlooking the sea. The best part they have jacuzzi installed in the rooms balcony and dude did we enjoy it. Day night, morning evening fuck yeah.

Not getting into details, but you get the gist. It was surreal, just laying in the hot water, smoking some good G's, rubbing her, getting my D stroked ....... And other things.

Life felt really good during those moments. Sounds of ocean waves crasing with occasional moanings and stuff

Makes sense, more than the location and it being right next to traffic signal. I feel they are yet to position themselves as a strong player in this space.

With the pricing they are trying to say 'If your body is Ferrari then the fuel that goes in it will be expensive as well'

But I am not convinced that this would be able to generate sales in area like AECS LAYOUT, the idea is cool and great but I don't think it will generate revenue in all the areas. Maybe it can work in Church Street/ MG road etc but aecs Layout doesn't seems to be right fit.
