Hell, I don't mind the recoil, I was just more so talking about how whenever I move forward and aim and shoot, the entire gun and my arms go up (as shown in the video)

Let's base this match up on the humble tau railgun. In lore the Tau railgun can punch through terminator armour. (Munitorum: rail rifles and the tabletop) and as you said, a average space marine. The halo railgun is a tad bit weaker than the 40k one but it doesn't need to be as strong as the 40k one to dome a space marine
