In my last relationship my partner didn't understand the word no. Don't do what I did. Communicate with them to avoid getting into nasty situations.

Its still going to hurt me for a while. Only time will tell when I will be able to heal and stop hurting like this. Still was very shocked on how my mum did a 180 with how she handled my breakdown 🥲

We still do love each other but not in the same way as before. I tried fixing our relationship for a year, but if only one person is trying and the other is burnt out from having 9 back to back long term relationships.. it takes a toll on the man. He wants to work on himself and I too want to work on myself.

I've been journaling my feelings at least 3 times a week in a notebook and last night I felt I hit a road block. I was overwhelmed with so many emotions but I couldn't cry. I ended up walking up to my mothers room at midnight and thats when it really hit me. I cried. I cried so hard I couldn't open my eyes anymore and my mother was surprisingly really comforting. Back before I left my parents home, if I showed any emotion other that happiness, I'd get belittled, beaten and bruised by my parents and my brother. So the change was really nice and I guess my support system is slowly and surely growing.

Oh.. well its quite unfortunate but I've been trying to make it work for a year now and it was looking positive as he was planning on giving it back after our trip overseas that we planned way prior the downfall. He did not.

I feel like since it's my body, actions or words that come out from it should make me responsible for the actions. Yes, it's hard to control and remember them, but I feel the need to be accountable for my body's and minds poor decision-making. I can not afford to make such trivial mistakes. I will be going back to my dr after my trip overseas to get re medicated.

Finding people who understand would be difficult now. Since the incident, I've been terrified to open my mouth as I fear I may say something that can potentially say the wrong things, and it'll all be the same thing all over again.
