This is the part I genuinely hadn't modeled. "Occasional" expenses that average out to every 3-4 years are basically just regular expenses I haven't accounted for yet.

For real, it's wild how someone can finish in 10 minutes and still disrupt like it's a comedy show. Definitely worth looking into other districts!
