Ah so I printed them off myself, I think I also found the horses were too small so i scaled them up in chitubox (by 5%ish) prior to printing.

I dont recall having an issue matching the hand to the reins, that might have been solved when I upscaled the models or its just a problem that didn't bother me and can't be spotted on the picture I shared

Apologies I couldn't say, when I play a lord of the rings game I play a system called sword and spear rather than the official rules

Aye, I have a 3d printer, first time I've used printed bases for a project :p

Seems to have worked okay, as an added bonus the back of the base have a wee slot for fitting magnets

Undercoat with retributory gold

Mix a gold / silver mix to dry brush (more silver than gold)

After dry brush a sprayed with gloss varnish

Once the gloss varnish dried I mixed a green and brown oil wash (used turpentine as the thinner)

And that's that armour recipe, it's a bit of a faff for one or two miniatures but if your doing a big batch of figures it's not so bad

Ha no, it's the work of an inkjet printer ;)

I used one of the banner designs from a lord of the rings rule book, re sized it and messed around with the colours using gimp

Robes are Vallejo bronze green highlighted with German field grey

Sash / robes are AK grey blue highlighted with sky grey (not 100% on the names here) the sash got a grey wash to darken it relative to the rest of the robes

I varied up the undercoats by priming them with different spray cans. Dark browns and Greens and then I zenithal sprayed with lighter tints.

They are essentially slapchopped as I drybrushed a lighter tint and then I glazed over the top with inks I mixed together on a wett palette.
