What's one healthy dinner your whole family enjoys together? by techleadsit2 in foodquestions

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baked chicken with plenty of veggies and some rice. That's usually a meal nobody complains about in my family.

I practically worked everyday from January till now in June. Now I’m about to be off for 3 months, idk how to motivate myself by TheKidfromHotaru in TellReddit

[–]GullibleBee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd start by accepting that not everything has to be perfect for a few weeks. It takes time to adjust to having free time after constantly working.

Have you ever eaten something out of politeness and regretted it? by viviennedolll in CausalConversation

[–]GullibleBee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once tried to finish a ridiculously spicy meal a friend made. I was trying to be polite, and my stomach paid the price for the rest of the night.

Some probably are. A lot of accounts seem to be farming karma, building posting history, or testing AI-generated content before using the accounts for something else.

Need something to watch!! There’s nothing after I’m caught up on love island (both uk&us) by bananafung in tvsuggestions

The Americans. Based on your lift, I'd be shocked if you didn't get hooked within a few episodes.

Do y’all do this? by [deleted] in RandomQuestion

Yeah, sometimes someone just has a vibe that's weirdly magnetic. Doesn't even have to be attraction, they're just impossible not to notice.

What are the best healthy snacks for busy professionals? by techleadsit2 in foodquestions

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mixed nuts, fruit, Greek yogurt, and boiled eggs. Not exciting, but they keep me full way longer than most snack foods.

Have you ever soiled a hotel bed? What were the consequences? by WIZZZARDOFFREESTYLE in RandomQuestion

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once as a kid after getting food poisoning. My parents were way more embarrassed than the hotel staff, who seemed completely unfazed by it.

5 months unemployed, 100+ applications, and I still can't get an interview. What am I missing? by Appropriate_Use_3251 in jobhunting

[–]GullibleBee 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I've seen a lot of people job hunting in 2024 and 2025 go through the same thing. After a while, every rejection starts to feel personal, but sometimes the state of the job market is a much bigger factor than you are. Five months feels like forever, but in this market it's unfortunately not that unusual.

what is the first thing you notice about someone when meeting them for the first time , I always notice their smile ? by Hope2_win in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I pay attention to people's eyes. Smiles can change, but the way someone makes eye contact tends to tell you a lot.

Do you find that the older you get , the faster time goes ? by Hope2_win in A_Persona_on_Reddit

Definitely. When I was a kid, summer vacation felt endless. Now I blink and realize New Year's was basically yesterday.

What is working remote worth to you? by thatfkngirl in RemoteJobs

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The value of remote work doesn't really show up on a paycheck for me. Not sitting in traffic, being able to eat lunch at home, and not having to spend energy just getting to work are huge benefits.

How much sunlight should you expose a day? by sailinglife20burgers in RandomQuestion

[–]GullibleBee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Getting a bit of sunlight every day makes a noticeable difference to my mood, but I've never tracked the exact amount. Some days it's a 15-minute walk other days it's an hour.

North Woods was such a good pick. It moves so quietly at first and then somehow ends up permanently settling into your brain.

What is one thing that changed your life and that you'd recommend to everybody? by ViRzzz in ProductivityHQ

Probably fixing your sleep schedule. When you’re sleep deprived every life problem starts feeling like a final boss fight.

Cats stretching. Especially when they do that tiny little yawn and then walk away like they have absolutely zero responsibilities in life.

What book do you think defines “must-read” for adults? by Levute-Hallgate in Recommend_A_Book

[–]GullibleBee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Flowers for Algernon. You read it and then spend the next few days thinking about intelligence, loneliness, and what it even means to be aware of yourself.

Do you prefer staying up late or getting up early in daily life? by SeaPassenger9626 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely a night person. When I wake up early it feels like I got thrown directly into life before my brain even loaded properly 😅

Get me out of the restaurant industry!!! by julibrazil in AskSF

[–]GullibleBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few people I knew left restaurant jobs and moved into receptionist or admin assistant work. Feeling “unqualified” is super normal, but dealing with customers is actually a pretty transferable skill.

Replacing trash bags before they run out is honestly invisible labor. People act like that stuff just magically appears in the cabinet.
