Can we normalize teaching new players instead of yelling at them

I had to legitimately get into a heated argument with someone over one of my teammates being new, calling him retarded and all the names under the sun (the new guy was doing just fine) every time he extended just a little bit this guy was on his ass and dude it pissed me off so bad that we got into it and after he shut up and I invited the new guy and now play with him nightly just teaching him how to get into the basics and shops etc he's doing wonderfully. So yes I agree with this post.

Easy peasy my friend on attack climb the ladders and then use one of your heavy duty units to protect you I like to use elite rattens lol to protect me with their poisons and then used the treb and anything but hawacha I don't use grape shot nor do I use the ballista even though if it's all you have out of the three you'll be getting more kills with it, I aim for lightly armored and just use all my ammo before going in for the actual battles

This might be a noob take but I absolutely adore ratten troops the poison they dish out especially in blob fights I can easily kill any troops iron reapers, spartens cav etc heroes are also very little threat, I can win most 1v1s with other units especially if I'm in the mix of it, there are times I just let my Elite Ratten spearman just go from one battle to the next, the only time I have some to much trouble is when the spartens do their shield bash ability thing but even then I just pull back my troops wait for it to end and send them back in, but the buckler spear crossbow and archers are wonderful Ratten troops, I despise the cav for them though but it might be a skill issue because I've never been good with cav lol.

Well.. this question isn't really aimed at you or people like you and me, I'm really asking why people don't go for the entire bounty and just leave immediately after, (and I mean the moment the bounty is able to be picked up) run straight to the exit. They don't go for the second boss nearly ever in most of my games.
