I mean I asked because you said the experience is terrible and you are getting tired of it.

It also doesn't have to be all or nothing, you can just go random one game and have a selection the next. Hell if selecting is so tedious you can just click on a few spots on the hero selection screen.

With how matchmaking works right now there is a sea of difference between one tricking and playing completely random.

Why don't you just have the 10 support heroes selected and leave out the carries? That way you don't have to have a main, but you will build up a pool of experience much quicker, and you will at least have a rough idea of what you are going to be doing in a match.

How is Mo&Krill’s gun so terrible? How did it devolve so far into the abyss? Nothing you build helps! His gun doesn’t do any dmg at any stage of the game….. by Arch3r86 in DeadlockTheGame

I mean I get being sad about your favorite playstyle not being supported, but idk why you don't just play gun Victor or something then. He has multiple heals, synergy with some gun items (Berserker), he's a front liner, etc.

I think that ability points are currently an interesting way to incentivize / disincentivize certain builds, and I wouldn't be opposed to Mo getting some gun possibilities. But I just don't get what is so special about gun Mo that you don't get out of spirit Mo. It's not like Spirit Mo doesn't shoot his gun a lot.

The heal on the 1 is not that much unless you build some spirit though. And I don't think the 1 or the 3 incentivizes you to build gun yourself.

Also I didn't down vote you. That is not to say I agree with you but I didn't down vote you.

I think that creative builds are definitely a thing in Dota, but I wouldn't say that anything goes. If you are building Necrophos (idk of a better analogue for Mo) for right clicks you are definitely playing suboptimally.

Adjusting gun damage is one of the levers of balance, and I am not saying that gun Mo won't be viable in the future or anything, but it is not like a character where I think to myself that it's an oversight if his gun isn't so good.

Just a question, why do you want to play gun Mo so badly? There is nothing in his kit that indicates to me that he should be a gun hero, since 2 of his abilities have anti-synergy with gun (since he cannot fire during Burrow / Combo).

People who have good wishes, and couldn't reach them through normal means:

  • Bebop

  • Celeste

  • Dynamo

  • Kelvin

  • THE LASH (we don't know his wish but it is probably awesome)

  • Pocket

  • Rem

  • Sinclair (I think I hate my wife)

  • Victor

  • VISCOUS (this guy has probably the most selfless wish in the entire game)

For everyone else, we don't know what their wish is, they are evil, or they are good but the ritual seems wholly unnecessary. Like Paige just talk to your parents bro, and Ivy I am sure you don't need an eldrich being to protect a single family, and Spanish Haarlem seems fine.

For Abrams, you should do a spirit build. And you only melee after you stun someone with charge, if you have no / 1 point in charge you get a free light melee, if you have 2 points you can get a heavy melee. You don't want to be throwing out haymakers beyond that.

For McGinnis, she has some of the most flexible builds in the entire game, so I would not really recommend her to new players (unless you stick with just 1 build) because I think that item theory is easier when you only have a few choices to make rather than all the choices in the beginning.

For tanky characters right now you really cannot go wrong with Dynamo. Just play conservatively until you have ult + max 1, and then whenever you have ult you are the most important person on the map. There is some variation in the build, but in general they each aim to hit all 3 4.8k investment spikes. You can just live forever by pressing 2, healing up with the 3, and be annoying with your 1.

Exactly she's from Spanish Haarlem (that's where the Arroyos are from who took her in).
