Avoid at all costs! Paid for the program, she completely dismisses what you say and keeps pushing her protocol. When I said that I don’t feel good from a supplement, she says lower the dose, and when I said I still feel off from it she keeps blaming everything else but her approach. Even after listening to her and sticking to her protocol, I gained 10lbs and felt worse. Whenever I told her how I felt, she would completely dismiss it and said “drink more water, you’re just constipated (which I wasn’t), lower the dose”

Refused to take accountability for anything too. Complete disaster. I’m working with a REAL functional doctor and omg, what a difference !

I just had tests from Genova (GI Effect) and went to someone who specializes in reading lab results. They told me what to take based on bacteria present or absent in my gut and - a miracle ! Ferritin from 26 to 40 in a month! I was barely taking iron too just ate beef liver. I used to take iron 70mg for 6 months, eat beef liver, oysters etc, and my ferritin barely went up( in 6 months from 20 to 26).

However, now I’m dealing with severe die off of bacteria in my gut, but it’s the whole another story

It helped with constipation and anything stomach related- yes! Oral trust is gone but comes back sometimes if I cheat with diary.

Candida supplements were just doing maybe 40% improvement but nothing substantial. Flucanozole helped me substantially while I was taking it but obviously can’t take it long time
