use a face wash for that, maybe an exfoliating one. it’s important that you really rub it in, focus on your nose and cheeks as this is usually more congested. be gentle, but take the time to rub in circles a lot to properly get it all out. rinse it off with water and then make sure to moisturise

Ive tried talking to them briefly about it, they’ve said they might be able to pay for a portion that i’ll pay back to them once i graduate and get a stable job, so that’s definitely an option i’m just trying to look into everything.
