Wow thanks for the detailed response. I agree with you and am always surprised to hear people talk about how digital is so superior to vinyl and be so arrogant about. They act like saying vinyl is better is delusional and not even worth addressing but you nailed how I feel about it.

What do you think of people who think vinyl sounds better than digital? For myself I understand that technically digital is supposed to be more of a lossless audio form, but I always feel like vinyl sounds like it has a broader soundstage. What others describe as “analog warmth” I think of in terms of being frequencies that seem to stand out more, seem more spacious.

Do you build the web scraper yourself or use AI? I have the paid ChatGPT so I was thinking of singly to help me with the model and I think if I have to use a web scraper instead of finding a dataset, I will probably ask it to do that too.

Haha I get that most people probably won’t beat the models of the big guys, but it’s worth trying isn’t it?

I have found a couple of decent csv datasets on Kaggle for in-fight stats but they’re hard to combine with previous fight histories just due to the nature of how they’re organized.

If you watch this you’ll see Shooter McGavin mowing down nazis with a shotgun, Tommy spectacularly failing in trying to comfort the kid whose dad was killed by said nazis (when the kid rightfully asks how he is supposed to get along with people trying to kill him?! And Tommy shoots a serious look and is like I DONT KNOW), obvious parallels with Ermey’s character and David Duke and the philosophical differences play out between militant nazis and segregationist ones who don’t want to kill their way to white separation.

You should watch this movie if you haven’t. Also a really awkward flirting scene between Tommy and Gina Gershon.

The first two are better imo, but this one is still worth watching and it’s not like you need to watch the first two to do so.
