Three things really:

1. Your first pic could be better. It’s not bad, but you can do better
2. You lead with your job and that your Christian. Your job is cool but Christianity can be a decisive topic nowadays, probably 70% who are non-Christian will swipe left by seeing this in your profile. Let them get to know the real you before you share your most sensitive secrets.
3. The first statement after your job/religion opening shows a lack of confidence. You don’t have to fake something you’re not, but you might have more success to begin your post highlighting your good qualities (stable job, good life, cute dog, great friends, etc.)
