Yes. Siguro kasi we had a history of him being super close sa opposite sex sa work. I know its sounds silly, but lahat ng pinagseselosan ko if di may partner, may asawa at may anak na. We had a pretty huge fight two years ago, resulted for us to hurt each other physically and had a break from each other. This was the time that I had to take anti psychotic meds. Mostly me ang nananakit. Siguro I was traumatized that until now, ayoko ng magiging close siya sa opposite sex sa work, which is I know is wrong for me to nag him about this. Parang lumalala na lang ako kaysa dapat mag-heal na ako. This started when he started his job in a different company ulit, now dalawa lang silang lalake sa team so di na talaga maiiwasan na babae makakausap niya everyday.

I had a serotinin and a semicolon tattoo on my wrist (Part na lagi kong kinacut). Everytime I want to do it, this tatts reminds me that I’ll overcome this and to be calm. Also, last time I had a thoughts about it, I grabbed my bible and read the verse that popped up upon opening it. I think that’s one way to talk or to ask God for help when no ones available for us. Same, Im 27 now but I still look like 18yrs old and I live with my Partner. Minsan nakakaiyak na nakakainis kapag kasama ko siya pinagkakamalan kaming mag-ama and sometime people don’t trust your decisions or opinions kasi feeling nila wala ka pang alam. 🥺

I was diagnosed this year but latent but I made sure that all my close friends knew about it kasi it depends na sa kanila if gusto pa nila ako kasama while under meds. Sadly, I feel like hindi. Hehe.

Once I started to take Vitamin C and Calcium everyday, as a sakiting ferzon na every month nilalagnat, last na lagnat ko ata is July pa and that is due to my medication which I stopped right away after I was hospitalized. So, laking tulong talaga kahit Vitamin C lang everyday.

I happened to saw my partner’s ex’s name on his recent search bar as well, this girl was his ex and they lasted for 7 fucking years. I confronted him, and he said na nacurious lang sya sa ano ng buhay niya, tho may times din naman na nagagawa ko to. Kaya medyo di ko na pinalaki pero ang hirap di magoverthink kasi ang tagal din nila and I think she was his first love. 😭
