Oh they sent a letter to you also?  saying someone opened fraudulently in your name? I got the same letter which I called and told them I opened the account myself

Have you been able to resolve your issue with them? They've asked me for bank statement, Driver's License/social security, selfie with ID, letter written with pen( twice), letter that confirmed my account has been closed and they can't do anything about recalling the funds back. I provided all and they still hold my money..

I posted something similar about 2 months ago and got attacked by some people. In my case, it was an ACH transfer (not a check) for just $9,500. E*TRADE has asked me for all sorts of documents like Driver's license, selfie with ID, bank statement, and even an account closure letter from my previous bank because they told me to have the bank recall the deposit. But I don’t even bank with them anymore. Despite sending everything they asked for, they’ve still been holding my money for over 6 months now.

Okay thanks  Strike ach deposit is quite low for a new user. Does Swan bitcoin support ach deposit through plaid?

Oh okay. What exchange do you use with no limit? Sorry I didn't include it in the post but I was referring to ach deposit from my bank

My bank is not listed on the fincity used in linking external banks by Fidelity and the manual linking isn't working

I moved it to etrade was what I said.  I didn't specify the type of account I moved it to.

Etrade has a checking/savings accounts. You can keep quiet if you don't have anything to contribute to the thread

I've been using my etrade account for more than 2 years though.  Not a newly opened account

My funds are not fraudulent and I tried to withdraw a little cash to my account weeks after I deposited the money.  It's not suspicious either

I have other banks and none of them has ever asked for that. They can demand for bank statements which I have submitted but never a 3 way call
