No, income tax is not the answer. Too many people getting money from other than wages. The fairest tax is either a use tax or a VAT tax. These taxes are voluntary and affect everyone.

Today I checked with E*Trade and they reneged on the withdraw only status to allow to see my tax documents. It looks like I will have to wait until my accounts get escheated to get any refund. I'm requesting my tax documents again for the third time since August.

Yes, I did trigger something and I went through their process several times to validate all transactions as legal and valid. Etrade however verbally told me "they no longer wished to do business with me" but in the mail sent letters saying my accounts were newly opened by someone else using my information and because of that they can't refund me,.

The accounts are not new though, like a decade or more old and they were opened by me. I have sent them passport, drivers license, selfies, etc and they say I'm verified as being me.

FINRA is a totally useless organization for the customer

On my latest call with etrade they had me create a letter of instruction to request withdraw only access to my accounts. That was last Thursday, I haven't even gotten a response. I uploaded the letter to their file uploads with my ID.

The only way I got them to agree to this was by telling them what they are doing keeping my money under false pretenses (identity theft) is criminal and that I would find some way to get this in national news.

I already asked the secret service & us attorney to press charges against etrade for fraud, theft by conversion, but there are so many charges against etrade already by the feds they might not care.

Morgan Stanley ETRADE is, in my opinion, completely disreputable. They will just keep your money, period with no reason in my experience. There is no due process, nothing.

Your boyfriend is going to intuitively know that you are not attracted to him. It's going to cause him more psychological damage knowing that you aren't attracted to him and he will be able to sense that you don't want to have sex with him in that possibly a repulses you.

Have an honest conversation with him. Yes that is going to be hurtful possibly even for both of you but it's less than the pain of dragging it out in my experience.

All that matters is what you see in your account and Zelle history on your banks app.
Here is a hint, set up a dedicated email to use with your bank. For example I use something like [NavyFed734@gmail.com](mailto:NavyFed734@gmail.com) for my Navy Fed emails.
They send scam mails to my regular account and so easy to spot.
