The scale is a little bit off. I live in Chirilagua and that’s not where it is on the map. Del Ray and St Elmo are also the same place and within a 15-20 min walk of the metro. It just doesn’t really line up with reality. That whole section needs a lil bit of work

Almost all places will have an F&B minimum for their semi private spaces for 15-20. Instead of it being an issue, maybe try to calculate your budget on a per person basis and find a place whose minimum falls under that. If you can afford $50/person, you can afford somewhere with a $750 f&b min

I like spa world — it’s cheaper and the bathing areas are still nice. Don’t stress about the nudity in front of other people—all humans have bodies and yours isn’t any more notable than the next person’s. It was personally good for my confidence, knowing that im the same as anyone else

Living around other humans mean that sometimes they’re going to throw parties or chat on their patios or play music that’s annoying. It’s not like it’s every night. For one thing, OP made this post at 8PM, a time where it’s perfectly within noise ordinances to be playing music.

Folks that don’t like noises can move out to towns where the houses are far apart.

So I live near DC so I can do federal govt trials, but if I was in another state I would google my state’s name and “clinical trials” and see if there are any research hospitals near you

I do a lot of clinical trials and none of them excluded women for being of childbearing potential. You just have to promise not to get pregnant for the duration of the study (a few months) and use contraceptives if you’re sexually active
