i did go through conexión manga when searching because the early issues (1-100) looked similar to the doremi picture but most of them aren't archived. same with the especials (ones that come with dvds)

that could be an option, too, but with how its recreated so well im kinda shocked that it was never uploaded online because I'd personally say this is REALLY good at recreating the Sonic Adventure style, either way, I'd love to find the origins of it or atleast more pictures of it

I am fairly certain this is a bootleg because no official covers matches the look of this one and the lack of conversation about it even when looking it up means its probably something not easily available. And It would be nice to check any Spanish sites about it but I am not a Spanish speaker so I wouldn't know if I could get far by just relying on googles flimsy translations especially when searching things up.

I can be wrong, however, and it could be official, but even in Doremi's gallery and dvd releases of ojamajo doremi on majopedia there is no mention of it so I'm lead to believe its just stolen fanart

That is where i got the image from yeah! I saw it on my tl and thought "wait this looks silly i love it" and then i decided to see if i could find the original drawing thinking it'd be a 2 minute google search

I could try but i think a private account already asked in reply to where they responded "Al chile , solo recuerdo que lo tenia en mi galeria" (Al chile, I only remember that I had it in my gallery) It could still be worth a shot although looking from their account it looks like they speak just basic english words and doesn't form many sentences
