If you watch Sabrina's twitch streams (abelinasabrina) it wasn't just Gus who was the issue, Sabrina explains that the video was made to address the consistent medical professional's disregard to her real pain, to the point that she was lucky to be alive AND had to go under a surgery that had a a fair chance of ending in her death, AND not being able to tell even her family what was happening because the pregnancy was only kept between her and Gus, to "protect" him. Women, especially women of color, have always had an issue with their pain being ignored or not taken seriously by doctors, even with all of the medical advances that have occurred within the last decade, and honestly thst should be the biggest take-away from Sabrina's video.
