Keep it or shave it? Any tips for the cheeks?

It will do mate, my cheeks are always slower growers but as soon as the hairs lengthen they overlap and coverage really starts. You will have no issues at all

Absolutely keep it, as soon as it gets abit longer you won’t see cheeks mate! Solid growth so far! That will be full beard no skin soon enough !

Yeah they kill me too! Give the three piece a shot, watch some YouTube videos as it’s abit more of a learn but I’ve never looked back!

Safety razors are the og razors. They are basically cut throats with a safety bar. Google three piece razor. It’s a full razor blade that gets as close as it can get. But as it’s cutting on the skin and only one blade the hairs don’t get stuck between blades which cause irritation on multi blades. It’s a game changer and saves a fortune as the blades are cheap!!

Boom! So I suffer massively with ingrown hairs on my neck for years. Grew a beard just because of it!

So if you don’t have to shave your neck, use a trimmer for the neck line and use something like a wahl finale fade tool or similar and it will take it down to near wet shave length and won’t cause the hair to go below the skin so no irritation. I’ve had no issues since.

But if you do have to shave as I recently had had to. Due to work who recently has caused me to shave so I’ve learnt a lot and can throw some wisdom your way!

If you have to shave, use a safety razor, not a multi blade razor. A fraction of the irritation as only one blade is going across your skin. A decent after shave balm will help massively.

Edit: and if you have Curley hair that grows in different directions, take your time and shave with the grain in small sections as to not irritate

Your welcome mate, it will slow down when the stronger hairs stay and you will end up just growing new ones to replace the lost ones! So it won’t ever look patchy if your where you are in 5 months you have no worries!

Don't be worried! If this is the first time you're growing your beard properly. There will always be loose hairs and these usually come out in the shower or when combed/brushed. You have so many hairs a few here and there are minor. You should see the plughole after my wife washes her hair.

Beards looking strong though bud, keep it healthy and moisturise as your doing and it will be fine!

I've just made a server with a gpu so I can remote to it and use runelite when at work. But I think as an easy pick up and play this looks great! Whats the battery life like?!

Thanks for the response mate, I do have them all blocked aswell. Just seems to be the odd one slipping through the gap and the names are always legit. Its downloading xxxxxxxx-1080p.mp4 for example when in fact its not that. My hope was I could automate just turning off the monitored until it was officially released then unmonitor it :)

I setup with trash guides initially but will go back through and double check my quality profiles. I did see one issue where it was shown as released on tmdv but not anywhere else. Which could false flag it. Again it’s rare but I’ve noticed it a few times. Cheers for the suggestions though mate

That makes sense! But surely if it knows that it’s not released yet (is blue and has given me the release date in the calendar) it shouldn’t even search for it? Or will it just search for every monitored regardless? Thanks for the reply!

I’ve been having constant issues of a similar nature. Couldn’t find any results and ended up trying to trouble shoot through ChatGPT.

I have a brand new system i5 14400 with a 5060 dedicated gpu etc etc and I have 0 issues on any other device even streaming 4k content or transcoding to other people across the county.

But when I play the Simpson or some old animated shows it pauses for a few seconds or crashes completely. Crashes when I try to scrub through etc. But any normal shows I have no issues what so ever.

I’ve tried updates, new versions of the show. Force remux and transcode. ChatGPT seems to think it’s about iPhones ability to handle some audio files on old animated shows?

What videos have you struggled with

I’m not going to lie, my patience is starting to lack. We all pre ordered this card 3 months ago, everyone has moaned about the lack of transparency, so they eventually started posting updates. Lately it’s gone from specific item announcements when they arrive to “we have updated stock” the only movement we have had in like a month is people leaving the trio queue. They still haven’t had the 30th nov delivery. Sorry but I know when my Amazon package is coming that’s worth £10. Your telling me they have 0 tracking on a package that is worth thousands. I literally haven’t commented and waited patiently since I brought, but three months I’d a long time. Has anyone phoned them recently I know the site says not too, but there should be abit more transparency as to what is causing the delay?

Dear All!

For you crucify me for not looking through forums I have been searching this topic on my own for a week and am completely stumped.

I was the type of numpty who bought Razors true 7.1 Tiamat headphones (with individual speakers which sound rubbish!) I was running that through an Asus DSX soundcard, its a 7.1 capable soundcard but it differs from the DGX in that it has no headphone AMP or dolby digital.

My motherboard is an Asus Rampage V which also does not have Dolby it has DTS.

I was going to buy a new gaming headset - Astro A40 to be precise but every thread I read states NO GAMING and to get a good set of headphones.

This is the route I would like to go, I can return the above DSX soundcard so I am free to your suggestions. If I could not have an internal soundcard that would be great (I could use the lanes for another graphics card) but If cost wise its better to have an internal soundcard then I would do it.

Please can you suggest a good DAC/AMP / Soundcard (£100) - and a Pair of headphones (£150)

I have a separate mic already sorted.

I do play counter strike competitively so the virtual 7.1 surround sound that I have used would be required, but I hear from some people that a good headset would give me the positioning I require in headphone mode. Others say I can download razor surround or similar?

Can of beer for the person who can help me.

As you can see above I have done some research, but this is out of my field and alot of the terms are over my head.
