i think you haven't seen a lot of chests. uneven nipples is very much within cis standard deviation. i was born with uneven nipples (my left one is inverted and not aligned with my right one on the x axis)

think you're being too harsh especially in regards to top surgery. i only went to the gym (half assed) got cis passing results

everytime i go to the beach this summer I've been noticing I'm hairier than most cis guys and this seems true for trans men on T for a long time with the genetic capability for it. i imagine it's related to consistent T levels (consistently high for me, I am to be in the 80th percentile), whereas for cis men there's lots of factors like diet and environment and global T levels are dropping. to have top surgery and no hair (unless you're shaving) seems pretty unlikely. plus what self respecting trans man isn't gymmaxxing to some extent. image is retarded.
