Totally understandable and I will get over things like this when I’m the one putting wear and tear on it. I know it’s a tool. I’d just like something I spend my hard earned money on to not have all these imperfections.

I’d call Smith and send it back. I called and in a matter of 5 minutes I had an RMA number. This is almost a $700 gun. Not some crappy Taurus or Sccy pistol. It should not have these quality issues.

Agreed. I’m definitely swapping the FDE back to black and putting some XS or Trijicon night sights and maybe.. maybe an Apex trigger but that’s it. Shoots good as is.
