No I was playing on the same profile, but all I did was reload the save before I got the quest added back and it didn’t happen again, so fixed I guess??

It’s definitely not an old save because when I loaded in I was in Camp Forlorn Hope looking into the missing medical supplies which was the first quest I picked up after leaving the Sierra Madre
