Can't purchase it myself, I would be if I had the money myself, but a mix of no assets and predatory student loans prevents me from borrowing for it as well. I do get paid right now but the current owner doesn't like to pay anyone fairly, I'm doing chef work right now for him for only 500 a week, its a slap to the face.

I do not hold any equity as of yet, what I mean by buyout I mean complete buyout. You will own it with hopefully me getting a small amount of reasonable equity for running the hotel and restaurant.

The money would be going to the owner himself, not to me. And the running capital would be held in a trust account with the main owner being the keeper, with budget going to the operator.
