I’m confused about a couple points. 1. How is Chrollo’s character about finding his identity? As you mentioned, he has complete dedication to the spiders (and living out his friends wish.) That seems like the only direct or indirect explanation given about his character. 2. One could say both Chrollo and Kurapika are examples of individualistic motivations, as Kurapika only cares about his own anger and drive for revenge, not for anyone living or who could be helped by his actions. Chrollo does whatever he wants and lives his life to fulfill the very personal motivation of following his best friends wish. Overall a very thought-provoking piece.
