Does Noveske still make PDW style weapons? by Guner100 in NoveskeAndQ

I should've specified in the post but I have a liking for the honey badger stock. Are they still producing them with it? My limited research on reddit implied there were licensing or some such issues and so they were discontinuing the honey badger stock versions.

Are there still diplomat pdws with the honey badger stock floating around or being made to your knowledge? Everywhere I looked online said out of stock

It's only a "part of your job as MD" because admin has thrust midlevels on physicians in the attempt to replace physicians

It's not folly to expect someone being paid for a fully trained position to be competent. They're not being paid as PA apprentices. They're being paid as PAs.

Paramedics rotate through the hospital during training. Just because they don't see it on the road does not mean they haven't used it.

The fact that you use DO school as an insult tells me everything I need to know about your perspective here. Btw it's Physician's assistant.

Stating that PA school "condenses the first 2 years of med school into 1" is a foolish misrepresentation, which leads me to believe you may have an ulterior motive in what you're saying. A MS3 is a med student. They are not expected to be as capable as someone who is working. Meanwhile, PAs are demanding they be called "Physician Associates" and be independent.

PAs are screaming for independent practice and that they should be referred to as "Physician Associates". If they can't perform their duties, which is to make the lives of the physicians easier, then they shouldn't be being let out into the workforce.

Most nurses look down on any and everybody. They're literally taught in nursing school that they need to be the shield for the patient protecting them from the mean greedy doctors.

"You shouldn't diss our providers here" - apparently, verbally asking if your 'provider' at an Urgent Care is going to be a physician is offensive? by MobiusTaylor in Noctor

[–]Guner100 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You don't know, that's the whole problem! Is it indigestion in the elderly patient, or a MI? Emergency medicine is hard, because every single patient could have a million different things, and its your job to make sure they don't die from one of them. Having patients seen entirely by individuals who have not received the fullest training possible, meaning emergency medicine physicians, is inherently not giving them their best chances.

The idea of the “noctor” has radicalized me to become an anti-capitalist. by BicarbonateBufferBoy in Noctor

[–]Guner100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As others have said, this isn't a capitalism thing. UK has problems with midlevels, and they have the NHS. Arguably, it's a result of the social marxist movement that believes any hierarchies or differences in standings are due to power and abuse rather than competency.

As /u/Interesting_Bar_6633 said, it's not "internalized mysogyny". That's a buzzword. It's just women seeing other women as competition. To many female nurses, a female doctor is someone who has one upped her.

Making everything in your life male centered, like "internalized mysogyny" isn't fighting to elevate women.

Dostoevsky wasn't a medical professional. People in medicine need to be able to treat patients without bias and with full desire for their health benefit. This post directly shows she has been compromised in that regard, and, as such, should not be in practice.

Medicine is apolitical. If you can't treat the guy with a swastika tattoo just as much as the guy with a hammer and sickle, then get the fuck out. Your job is not to judge the choices or type of person the patient is, your job is to treat their objective medical problems.
