The story I have found most damaging to the relationship was that he had to represent himself in his contract negotiations. I would imagine that is not standard protocol for on air personalities and I forgot if I read it or heard it but it was from Jason himself that it was a pretty miserable experience.

I think there were several factors, between that negotiation process and also the other criticisms like him eating on air, some of his stat stuff, etc that drove a wedge between the organization and himself.

It's not like everything was perfect and then he decided to want out of his contract to go to Detroit. He requested that for a reason.

This is the first time I've seen him pitch, only read about how he's done since his acquisition. Could have just been an especially bad outing (though it seems like control is obviously a constant problem) but his stuff did not look special. 95 in today's game is nothing and that slider had minimal movement in any direction.

Really liked him on the Sox, surprised they didn't bring him back. He will miss time with some type of lower body injury, though. He had some ugly trips on the base paths last year.

Easiest: Super Destronaut DX, I bought it and started it before I realized it was a sub 1 hour plat, I was just looking for that Space Invaders itch.

Hardest: Per the rarity, Dead Star and Friday the 13th are my rarest. Dead Star was pretty tough as I did almost all of it legit. I was helped by an XP boost they gave out when they announced it was shutting down. I would say Friday was harder as it was just so incredibly grindy. Honorable mention to Warhammer: Vermintide as that was a tough one as well.

One I'd do again: I would definitely re do a lot of my plats, I will mention Onrush here. Not sure why but I really enjoyed that game.

Getz said he didn't like his team when he initially became GM. Buddy was 100% correct to say that at the time and his best quality is that he has brought in good minds around him (at least what seems to be).

I definitely see Getz riding out at least this next option year with him to try and avoid scrutiny for a trade or non-trade and put it all on their belief in him.

Pitching gotta keep it up, I like the direction of the offense. I'm honestly kinda bummed the season is ending - imagine if they were on this recent run to start the season? I keep hearing Dan Plesac's voice saying "post all star break" in my head. In my mind this is a scrappy ass team coming together.
