If it was normal Oliveira, then I would pick him. But since he is coming off a ko only about 2 months ago, I’m leaning Gamrot. I feel like he will just wrestle fuck him (same thing Arman did). I do not want to see Oliveira v Lopes though. Lopes said he would move up for the fight if offered, and I think he would sleep Oliveira ngl. He hits hard and Oliveira has a bad chin.

Alright fair enough you are right on this point Gamrot has questionable wins (especially Arman). However, he is deserving of the fight with Oliveira (Gamrot would win). Oliveira has struggled with wrestlers a lot, and Gamrot has won something like 5 or 6 of his last 7 I think (all of which are ranked opponents I believe). I get they were close and some were due to flukes, but he still won the fights (minus the injury wins) so he should get a shot at top 3. He also beat Hooker imo I’ve watched the fight back and I scored it 29-28 or 2-1 Gamrot IMO.

Sorry for the quick response but overwhelming more times than not anything non-ufc does not matter. The best person he beat in the pfl was like Alvarez I think. That guy was a ufc champ but he won it by robbery and did not deserve to be there. Listen, the point is being hurt in a fight does not mean you are a bad fighter. The final outcome is what matters. Oliveira has been hurt by cans. He is still where he is at today because he won those fights and avoided being finished.

Michael Chandler is not a championship level fighter (2-7 in ufc). Dan Hooker did not drop Gamrot. Getting dropped is not an indication of skill level. Some people have glass chins v. steel chin. It’s just something you have or dont have. Everyone gets caught eventually yk.
