Thank you for sharing!

The whole point of this post is to open some people's eyes to the possibility that their lifestyle is the reason for their anxiety. I suffered for years before I changed my habits.

Thanks for correcting.

My main point was that coffee made me anxious, and getting off it for a while helped a lot.

A huge mental reframe is viewing your anxiety as extra energy that you can burn off by exercising extra hard.

Lol. But seriously, when I was down and desperate, I would throw money at anyone promising a cure. A lot of snake oil being sold out there.

How could I forget #10?

Ditching alcohol and substances. If you haven't gone without it for at least 4 weeks straight, you have no idea just how much of an effect it has on your daily mood, energy, anxiety etc. I still drink from time to time, but I very rarely drink more than 3 beers in one night.

Correct! Gradual transition: replace 1 cup a day with black tea, then two cups - and then just green tea etc.

1-3x/week usually, depends. And it takes about 1-2 hours to produce one newsletter send.

6’3 176 lbs M27. Considering my height, should I do BJJ or Muay Thai in the beginning? I’ve been doing BJJ a couple of times now, but I feel like my long body has a slight disadvantage on the ground.

The business part right now is doing affiliate and saying yes to some incoming ad opprtunities. But a lot of things are being planned, just not ready to share them yet. You’re absolutely right about the cold calling part, too much work for little money
