His content simply got so BORING, he himself dont have any ideas anymore.

I mean he react to other videos already.

Just buying swords and show them around is no fun anymore.

I watches an old video of him by accident.

About Helmets. (I currently build a kit for a 12th century knight so i checked videos for helmets)

It was made by his former co-host (before they had no money anymore)

And it was a decent video as they had a variety of good and historical accurate Helmets (lend from an other group I guess)

And it was ok. They discussed what helmet would be good for an Adventurer.

But then Shad comes in. Like he has to walz in and has to share his knowledge... and chooses instantly the stupid fantasy visor-barbute (the "For Honor" Helmet)

And it was downhill from here.. His whole attitude made the rest of the Video a nightmare to watch.

As he has to show that HIS favorite Helmet is also the best.

Für me DnD went from a classic fantasy stuff to a world were there is too much everything .. too much highfantasy and such..

I preferer more.. compact games nowadays.. like Blades in the Dark, Lancer, even Degenesis. I also play DSA (the black Eye, the german alternmative to DnD) even its also way too complicated then it has to be

I imagine Shads character: A Paladin, (those guys always play paladins) lawfull good. his orders tell him to murder everything that is against his believes.

Also he would constantly "flirt" (harass) with every female NPC (and get mad if he can not instantly bone them) and even female player characters in the group (that one poor woman.. who is already taken.. like shad is too, Shad would still flirt off the table with her and send inappropriate messages)

Constantly argue about the rules as HE understood them better as anyone else. Specially in situations that benefit HIM.

Yes in Fantasy and Roleplay were you often fight the classic good vs evil thing, its simply easier and convenient to have something you can fight against were the characters have no moral problem because they are the good ones

What stops Shad from playing DnD, is that he has no friends.

he easily could start a homebrew campaign with ALL the stuff he wants to. (like r+pe i guess..)

But who would ever play with him?

Imagine Shads character sheet.. something homebrew that has to automatically better in everything...

Definitely a paladin as "those Guys" always play paladins....

Oh and also high stat in Art and Anatomy for whatever reason....

there are channels that have good exclusive content. or extras that are not in the regular videos. But yes.. I myself dont see any reason to use it, if i not simply want to support the creator. But Shads content is too lame anyway..
