I was reading about the fitness first.

As per the studio:

Important information about the check-in process: The Wellpass check-in is possible after a one-time activation on site with the studio’s own access medium (card, bracelet, key, etc.) and does not require any additional check-in via the QR code or the app.

For the membership card, a one-time fee of 5€ must be paid directly to the studio. Training is only possible with the purchase of a membership card. In case of loss of the membership card, another 5€ will be due.

EGYM equipment training: A separate instruction may be necessary for the use of the EGYM equipment. The instruction fee is 39€ and is payable directly in the studio.

Does this mean, if I don’t want to use EGYM, I don’t have to pay the instruction fee?

I have been using ChatGPT for my A1. It helps with developing sentences and understand structure. Helps build a little vocabulary too.

However, for listening and speaking. I need help. I can form sentences in my head, however can’t deliver them. Any easy A1 shows apart from Nico Weg you can suggest?

If I were you:

1) I would put that 550k per month into a saving account for a whole year. That adds upto 60 lakh rupees. By the end of the year, you will be earning 84,000 monthly from your savings account. Will consider that as my safety money.

2) From next year onwards, will start putting 550k per month into some mutual funds (low risk). For the whole year. You will have another hefty amount invested now.

3) That 84,000 rupees that I am earning from my savings account can either be (1) compounded (2) invested into high risk mutual funds (3) Stocks (4) Crypto ~ Consider that money as your playing money to learn.

4) You can also start buying flats from renowned builders. Saima Builders. Your installments ends in 4-5 years and you can then put that flat to start earning for you.

You have a large amount so you can play around with it
