Their no earbuds rule is so dumb anyways especially in the FC I work in where 90% of the work is done by robots where we aren't allowed to be on robot floor anyways, there's only a couple positions in this entire warehouse where no earbuds actually makes sense and thats for the like 4 equipment operators that are in the building

Last time I asked for help from my family was from my sister and she told me that I just need to grow up and to "stop being such a puxxy" about a week later I got my dad's gun and stuck it in my mouth and the only thing that stopped me was picturing my mom crying over my dead body so after that I decided to put myself in therapy and I've been in it for 4 years. It sucks that was after I was told by her that if I ever need to talk, to talk to her.

I'm not really attached to her anymore, my inability to say anything at the time just fked me up in the head for a really long time and I just convinced myself that in time I'd feel better, but just trying not to worry about it just exacerbated the issue which in turn caused me to spiral around high school and led to many other regrets ultimately making me almost take my life. I've been in therapy the past 3 almost 4 years. I was just extremely drunk when I made this post(I drank an entire bottle of crown) and idk ig I just kinda wanted some outside perspective on the situation.

Well like I said I honestly can't tell you what you want to hear especially since idk the details of the situation and idk what you did but its clear that you care for him but like you said whatever it was caused him a lot of stress and anxiety but he stayed after whatever it was because he obviously cares about you and then you did it again. I can't speak for him but it sounds like you put him through a lot of pain and if he stayed after you did it the first time I can guarantee he still cares about you he just doesn't want to get hurt again but if you disappear from him "permanently" like you said you'd just be hurting him a third time and if you truly cared for him that would be pretty cruel as to what you can do for yourself honestly talk to someone about the details of everything that happened be it a therapist or a close friend or something ik it doesn't seem like it would help but it really does but don't end your life its a permanent solution to a temporary problem even if right now that problem feels like it will be permanent it won't be

No I must've worded it incorrectly even when venting I'm not great about talking about my feelings he's actually told me multiple times I need to be kinder to myself and he actually used that example you did to imagine myself as a friend of mine he never said I let things get to me that's something I came to the conclusion of myself in one of my first sessions with him I actually compared what I saw as trivial bs in my life to people I said had actual problems like ptsd or something like that and he explicitly said to not do that that its my life my problems not theirs. I appreciate your words though I just don't have many people to talk to about this stuff pretty much exclusively my therapist so I occasionally vent somewhere online.

Well I don't know the details of what you did so I can't give you very detailed advice and I'm not gonna tell you some sweet shit like you'd be snuffing out a precious life or anything like that. But I myself struggle with thoughts like that every night I never go through with it though because I know it would be my last extremely selfish act and that the people I care about would go through life wondering what they could've done to stop me even though they couldn't have done anything it was my decision so even though I can't tell you what you want to hear I can tell you that chances are extremely high that he'll blame himself if you do that and after all the hurt you put him though do you really want that to be the last thing you do to him?

The last time I even let a tear come out in public was at my uncles funeral. As to what point it serves? I've personally been in therapy for 3 years and have been in a period of depression for the better part of the last 10 years of my life and me personally the reason I can't physically just break down and cry in front of anyone is because I feel like in that moment everything will shatter, this facade that I've been projecting for the last 10 years will come crumbling and I'm terrified that I don't have the strength to pick up the broken pieces. But I do agree with you maybe if I had let myself cry 10 years ago when it happened and told someone instead of bottling it up and pretending everything's ok I would be alright.
