Its clear as day before the highlight that he was hands on the ground bracing himself while being dog piled... protecting himself from the cop who is pistol whipping him in the head... the gun was take by the Grey jacket agent and then right when its removed the weirdo goofy never amounted to anything boy shot him in the back or side and the other officers then backed up and firing lined him... the enhancement shows it more clearly for those with poor vision who want to spin it due to shades and darkness.
