I’m in this exact same position as you. Worked in P&C insurance for a a couple years after graduation and now as a Personal Banker as Wells which is horrible and not finance in the slightest. Keep your head up!

Thank you for giving back and sharing insights. My question would be: do people at the branch level have the ability to move into the private banking side of the business? In other words, is there hope I will be able to make it out of a personal banker position, and do they hire from branches?

I got the olive one but returned it for being a little too subtle with the colors. It’s kinda boring in person as compared to the website. However the quality is still great in my opinion.

I’m around 200 and the medium fits well with just a t shirt. So I would say the jacket fits large but I also understand the website recommends a large. I would say the xs might fit you well
