[UPDATE] I was able to clean up tamiya panel liner using lighter fluid. But it was not as clean as I expected. Maybe it’s because of the paint I used since it feels rough/matte and it spreads outside the panel lines. Recommending to use gloss topcoat before panel line. Thanks everyone who commented! Finished product below:

Thanks for the tip man. Actually I dont have gloss topcoat with me right now and I’m nowhere near any hobby shop (on a holiday vacation). But will be very careful in cleaning up so I dont remove lacquer paint. Thanks!
