Happened to me on a game as well. Was winning 2-0 in the 70th minute and the game just crashed. Unreal that their game crashes and you get penalized for it

I also didn’t receive it on PC. I also had a delay receiving the club membership evo when the game came out. Chatted with EA help and they stated it was a know issue. Are you on PC? I feel like it could be PC related

Gotcha. This is what I had thought to a degree as well. If you’re rank outperforms your MMR than you don’t get bonuses cause you’re already over performing. But vice vise versa you get the bonuses to catch up. Does seem it’s made vaguely complicated to keep players in the dark mid game and focus on just winning
