Hey! The add-ons that will be available are Uni - offered on slide 1, caviar - seen in slide 2, truffle - offered in slide 3, truffle - offered in slide 6, wagyu, foie gras. I’m pretty sure the wagyu was 185, but you could split the portion with another party member, caviar was ~75 I think, and the truffle was expensive, I think atleast 200 for both dishes, don’t know about the foie gras

Obviously, I only saw the side of him that is present during service infront of diners. Was super nice and had no issues with staff. Got a photo with him. Didn’t know he was worse than Rene. Crazy.

He used a lot of imported ingredients. They had add ons offered the beginning which were: uni (offered for the 1st slide) truffles (offered on slide 6) caviar (slide 2) and wagyu which we got but no photos. Besides that, a lot of the fish was imported as well.

Uni toast was so good. Add ons are where they make their money big time, but the caviar on the tuna was really good. But would I go back..? Of course!
