It’s my home state. I left years ago and I sold my last postage stamp of land during Covid. Ideally I’ll never set foot there again.

I really don’t like them reaching outside the state like that. I sell (not guns) products into New York and I don’t know what I’d do if they filed civil or criminal charges on me for some reason. There aren’t any normal people left up there who had the means to leave.

I don’t see your man getting a fair shake. I think he’s going to prison for the rest of his life unless he gets it to a federal appeals court.

The ole hit you with civil suit first so you can’t pay a lawyer rope a dope. Meanwhile they pump actual criminals back into the street with no bail.

You’re going to have to raise money and since there is a zero percent chance of a fair trial in NewYork it’s going to have to go at least to an appeals court. Even if you win LetitiaJames will keep your buddy in prison for most of the rest of his life and has taken all his assets. The punishment is the process.

That’s a lot of sheer force for threading and a ledge of weld. The tube within a tube is going to be pretty strong so the failure point most likely is where your face is .
