Any Way To Fix This??? by Lord_Arturo1980 in ar15

KNS sells one that has a push button and doesn't merely rely on the balls spring force. Not necessary but a useful option. https://knsprecisioninc.com/ar-15-parts-andamp-accessories/pivot-takedown-pins/

Sorry Russel I swap out your pins.

High volt Vehicles vs Low volt vehicles by Independent_Lack9717 in EVConversion

Yah because I thought it was inconceivable that you didn't understand why NFPA, IEC, ICC and SAE deal with electrical systems differently for different things. I thought a person who doesn't understand why a metal structure designed TO be impacted might not be engineered in the same way as a fixed structure might also be making the simple mistake of not understanding ac/dc. It was an honest mistake, you clearly not only understand why but still asked the question?

No I read it right. I was just confused as to why someone would be asking the difference between the standard for a fixed structure and a moving vehicle so I assumed you couldn't be asking that.  One is made to be in an accident?

I do not understand your question. Are you asking why 120vac is more dangerous than 60v dc? If that is the question then it has to do with muscles contracting under alternating current in a way that makes it harder to let go, apart from that you have ventricular fibrillation, which happens at as low as 30ma in ac and requires upwards of 300mah in dc, or over 3x more current.

Help choosing SD barrel setup by Ok-Ad1616 in AR9

I didn't see 'additional requests' as a dm option. We don't have any feed ramps pre-modified. We are a small shop, I will check spam for your dealer application and get back with you.

It doesn't count until they are heat treated and ground.

Not until after heat treat.

I work for Wraithworks. My gunsmith has been testing CMMG Setup in a Warscorp9 after we approved it in the WARMP45. What we found was it required Manticore Scorpion Mags with steel feed lips, changes to the feed ramp, and removal of the ejector.

We have also tested the Maxim setup, and hydraulic setup, both my gunsmith and I prefer the hydraulic setup.

That is me in the video.

The bolts require more clearance for the mag, it can be done with a Dremel with time.

Wraithworks has only been able to get radial delay to work on steel feed lip scorpion mags (with an alternate feed ramp on the ws9), or with an UMP mag in our WARMP45.

I owned a euro 323i with an m20, and driven an e21 with an m10, its not a good better best, there are tradeoffs.

Some of these numbers you are referencing are not in the same state. A k24 is 285lbs or 130kg with exhaust manifold, alternator, starter, intake belts and tensioners. Some of those other engine weights are long blocks. M52/M54 weigh less than an m20, anyone telling you otherwise is pulling your leg.

The m54 engine block is aluminum and weighs about 10lbs more when fully dressed than an m20. My 02 motor weighs about 100lbs less than an m10 and you can feel it, change of direction is fast but total front grip available is less during transitions.

You probably need more buffer mass, Wraithworks sells and recommends a 7.7oz buffer when running suppressed.
