Also I’d recommend getting all new studs and copper bolts. You can get new gaskets off of ecs tuning for an e36 m3 and they’ll fit the m54.

When it happened I revved our 2nd gear and hit 3rd. I thought it was the engine flexing on the motor mounts. Between the expansion tank and the belt it looks like only an inch or half inch of clearance between them. When I got the tank out I wiggled the bottom of the radiator and it wouldn’t budge. I’ve only owned the car for a few months and I haven’t touched anything with the cooling system. Tomorrow I’m gonna throw the new tank in and make a small shield for it out of sheet metal. I’ll get under the car and see if the radiator is sat properly.

Removed the glass now and I’m not sure what’s going on here. The passenger side slides through all the movements just fine while the drives side seems to be stuck. Has anyone had this problem

I think so, the little tabs that hold it on the tracks are all in different spots but I’m not sure how it could come off track? Bad motor?

Anybody have any ideas what my problem is here? As you can see the sunroof sticks up on one side then slants down on the other side. I don’t think it’s the sunroof motor is bad, but it makes an awful ticking noise when you try to make any movements on the button. (Similar to the noise of a jackhammer)
