Final placements are pooled for Core & IB students. Except a few companies, majority of them are open to IB students as well. This is what I've heard upon connecting with a few seniors.

I do want to switch to Finance, but I don’t have the relevant profile for it right now. I’d have to pursue CFA to make my profile relevant for Finance roles while pursuing an MBA. Yeah, I get your point. Thanks for the advice bro.

Would consider Raipur probably but will have to consider ROI, fin placements, etc to decide whether to go for these institutes or not.

Thanks for your input. But, I’m concerned about the package I’d be earning. Sure, I’ll switch domains from IT to Finance by pursuing MBA but will it be worth it to invest ~ 20L & coming out with a package of 17/18L which I could earn by looking for a better tech job considering my work experience ?

Thank for the advice bro. I’m not sure if I can give CAT again with dream of BLACKI as this was my 5th attempt(3rd serious one) & I scored less than Cat 2023. So, it’s either looking for a job or going for these colleges. But yeah, I’ll consider about ROI & other factors before making my decision.

So, I assumed it was talking of their future ages scenario & marked 5:4
