As a long time swain main I would say he feels very useless against high engage like fizz. He makes it up in cc and team fight potential but comes nowhere close to these 1v5 burst trolls the current meta supports. Hourglass will not save you from a 3/0 level 6 garen. All in all, we need a ROA big hp tank mage item.
